REFUND POLICY
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in great condition at the address provided at checkout. If you are not completely satisfied with quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your statement for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
We will either reship or replace your item(s). A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 business days. Chocolate Moonshine Co. reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.
Our Chocolate Moonshine Guarantee extends to only correctly addressed orders. Chocolate Moonshine Co. is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available
3. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
